We are a start up company looking for a  FULL TIME HOME BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE to join our amazing team!

You will be helping with roles like the following:
Admin Tasks
Fulfillment of orders
Preparing packing slips (Shipping fulfillment)
Answering of Facebook and email queries in a timely manner. This includes monitoring the messenger and comments on our Facebook  posts/ads.
Calling/Texting for order confirmation
Reply comments on posts on Facebook.
Manage Inventory
Manage Reviews and respond appropriately
Updating our FAQs based on the inquiries
Other tasks as assigned

This is Customer Support via phone, text, email and Social Media, with research assignments & other tasks sometimes thrown in. You will be given training and always be improving & learning as we go along the process.

Must be at least a HIGH SCHOOL graduate
Preferably with  knowledge in CUSTOMER SERVICE, FACEBOOK, and MS OFFICE/GOOGLE
Preferably with a laptop, own smart phone and a good internet connection at home
With excellent written and communication skills
English proficient
Highly organized
Location must be in Butuan, Nasipit and Buenavista ADN area
